Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you select and your message.

Course information you share with us later, such as your level, goals, availability and placement-test answers.

Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

When you submit the contact form, nothing is stored on our website. Your browser opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, addressed to +40 731 648 722. The message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). Messages you send there are also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

To answer your enquiry and, at your request, to organise a placement test or course (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract).

To keep the website secure and running (legal basis: our legitimate interest).

To meet accounting and tax obligations once you become a student (legal basis: legal obligation).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small value in your browser (your chosen site language) so the site can remember it. This is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.

Enquiries that don't lead to a course are deleted within 12 months. Student records are kept for as long as you study with us, and invoices for the period required by Romanian law.

Only service providers needed to run Linguova — for example our website host, email provider, WhatsApp and video-lesson platforms — and only as far as necessary. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any right, write to linguova@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
